Why weddings?

I owe most of this to my wife. Despite having done photography for years, I felt intimidated by weddings and taking my photography further but the fire was started when I started photographing her and I together. I also shot our own engagement photos and she’s always encouraged me to use my skillset for more than I had been doing.

Having my own wedding inspired me to think more about shooting weddings so while working for a wedding venue and through my wife’s encouragement and those around me, I decided to get bold and go for it. So here am!

What do you do when you're not taking photos?

I'll be drumming, walking through the countryside, spending time with my wife or making short action films with my brother. I’m also hoping to pick up some sports again.

Favourite Movie?

A good non-stop action film! I’m one of those who raved about the Expendables and 2006 Casino Royale… But I will also watch a nice RomCom with my wife if she asks nicely.

City or Country?

Country - I love nature - I will happily spend a day roaming round the countryside photographing it.
